These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Slite Media (“we”, “our”, “us”) through our website www.slitemedia.com and other communication channels. By engaging with our agency, you agree to the following terms:
We provide creative and strategic services including but not limited to:
Brand Identity & Logo Design
Product Photography
Shopify Store Design
Catalog & Packaging Design
Amazon Listing Graphics
Custom services may be offered based on business needs and formal agreements.
All prices are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
The remaining 50% is due before the final delivery or project launch.
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
Timelines are shared based on the project scope.
Client-side delays in feedback or asset sharing may affect delivery.
Urgent or priority projects may involve a rush fee.
Clients are expected to:
Provide necessary inputs (brand assets, references, logins, etc.)
Respond to queries and approvals in a timely manner
Share correct and complete account or platform credentials
Basic revisions are included unless otherwise agreed.
Major revisions or new requests beyond scope will be quoted separately.
Any scope changes must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
All client data is handled with confidentiality.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
However, we may feature completed work in our public portfolio, social media, or case studies unless the client requests non-disclosure in advance.
All payments are non-refundable once a project has started.
No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction if timely approvals were given at various stages.
Final approved deliverables are the intellectual property of the client.
We retain the right to display completed work (designs, mockups, screenshots, etc.) in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or creative output.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
